What you need

  • Bars:

  • 50ml Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dressing:

  • 50ml Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • Makes 12

How To Make It

  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees fan-forced.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Once it has all come together, pour into a brownie tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the mixture out evenly, ensuring it reaches the edges of the tray. 
  3. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the icing sugar and the Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free. Using a whisk, drizzle the yoghurt dressing on top of the cooked bars then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Refrigerate until set, then cut into rectangular pieces and store in an air tight container, ready for eating.
