Pear 'n' Oats
How To Make It
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a microwave safe jug and microwave on High (100%) for 1 minute. Pour into a tall serving glass or mug, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately.
You can also heat this smoothie on the stove top in a small saucepan if you wish. Or simply enjoy cold over ice, if you prefer!

- 140g tub diced pear in fruit juice, undrained
- Ground cinnamon, to serve
