What you need

  • 200g Pauls Vanilla Custard
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 frozen sweet pastry tart cases
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

How To Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Whisk together eggs and custard and then divide mixture evenly between tart cases. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until just set.
