Brioche Pudding
What you need
- 8 slices brioche loaf
- 1kg Pauls Vanilla custard
- 180g good quality chocolate, roughly chopped
- Softened butter, for greasing the baking dish
How To Make It
- Preheat oven to 160C. Lightly grease a large baking dish with softened butter.
- Cut brioche loaf into small pieces and place in 1.5lt baking dish.
- Roughly chop chocolate & scatter over brioche.
- Pour over the Pauls custard.
- Set aside for 30 minutes, allowing the brioche to absorb the custard.
- Place the baking dish in a water bath and carefully place in oven.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with extra Pauls Custard.
