Avocado Dip
What you need
- Mexican Dipping Sauce:
- 4 tbsp Pauls Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno, chopped finely
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
- Salt & pepper
- Creamy Avocado Dip:
- 1 tbsp Pauls Sour Cream
- 1 avocado, skin and pip removed
- 1/3 medium red onion, chopped roughly
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 birdseye chili, finely chopped with some reserved
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
How To Make It
- For the Mexican Dipping Sauce, simply mix all of the ingredients and place in a serving dish. Garnish with coriander.
- For the Creamy Avocado Dip, place all of the ingredients other than the olive oil in a food processor and blitz until combined and smooth. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a mousse like consistency is achieved. Serve in a small bowl with a garnish of chili.
