What you need

  • 1 cup Pauls Vanilla Custard
  • 1 punnet strawberries, sliced
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • Icy pole moulds - set of 6

How To Make It

  1. Place fruit in individual moulds, mixing strawberries and raspberries.
  2. Gently pour custard over fruit.
  3. Freeze overnight or until set.

 

For a fun twist, simply remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly and then dip in 100s & 1000s.
