Fruits & Muesli
Trifle
What you need
- 200g Pauls Athentikos Juicy Mango Yoghurt
- 6 nectarines
- 4 large peaches
- Lemon juice
- 200g natural muesli
- 6 apricots
- Strawberries to serve
How To Make It
- Halve and remove the stones from all of the fruit, then slice and mix together in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon juice. Spoon some fruit into six glasses then top with two heaped spoonfuls of Pauls Athentikos Juicy Mango Yoghurt and the same amount of muesli. Repeat the layers and finish with strawberry.
