What you need

  • 100g Pauls Vanilla Custard
  • 1 tbsp whisky
  • 1-2 shots hot espresso coffee, to serve
  • Coffee beans, to decorate

How To Make It

  1. Freeze custard in a large sphere ice ball maker as per pack instructions.
  2. Place 1 frozen Pauls Vanilla Custard ball into the glass.
  3. Pour whisky into a wide rimmed glass and decorate with coffee beans.
  4. Serve with hot espresso coffee on the side. Pour over hot coffee and enjoy!
    Tip: For a non-alcoholic alternative, simply omit the whisky.
