What you need

Bars:
- 50ml Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free
- 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Dressing:
- 50ml Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free
- 2 tbsp icing sugar

How To Make It
- Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees fan-forced.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Once it has all come together, pour into a brownie tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the mixture out evenly, ensuring it reaches the edges of the tray.
- Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- In a small bowl, mix together the icing sugar and the Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free. Using a whisk, drizzle the yoghurt dressing on top of the cooked bars then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Refrigerate until set, then cut into rectangular pieces and store in an air tight container, ready for eating.
